Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are accepted if an item is defective, an incorrect item was shipped, or the item is significantly different from its description.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or other reasons attributable to the customer.
However, where applicable laws, including those in the European Union and the United Kingdom, provide consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal or return, we will comply with those laws.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable law.
For returns made under a statutory right of withdrawal for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned items must not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and condition, and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, together with all accessories. If the value of an item has diminished due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we may reduce the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges incurred during customs clearance are non-refundable by us, except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
Returns Due to Refusal of Delivery, Unpaid Customs Duties, etc.
If an item is returned due to refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, unpaid customs duties or import taxes, or other reasons attributable to the purchaser, we may deduct round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and other expenses incurred by us from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
