Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) operated by JBN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By using this Service, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships relating to the use of the Service between the customer and the Company.

Article 2 (Condition of Products)

Our store deals in pre-owned items. We strive to provide as much detail as possible regarding product conditions on each product page; however, due to the nature of pre-owned items, minor scratches, scuffs, signs of wear, and age-related changes may be present.

In addition, actual product colors and appearances may differ depending on the customer’s monitor settings and viewing environment.

Article 3 (Orders)

The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in the following cases:

  • If product inventory cannot be secured

  • If there is a problem with payment processing

  • If the order is to a region where delivery is difficult

  • If the Company determines that the order may involve fraudulent activity or resale purposes

  • Any other case deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 4 (Prices, Customs Duties, etc.)

Product prices shall be the amounts displayed on each product page.

Displayed prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other applicable fees. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country or region and, if incurred, shall be borne by the purchaser.

Article 5 (Payment Methods)

Our store accepts payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other available payment services.

Article 6 (Shipping)

We offer free worldwide shipping using DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

The shipping carrier is selected by our store depending on the destination, product contents, and other factors. Customers cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, shipping carrier circumstances, or other factors.

Responsibility for the shipment shall transfer to the shipping carrier once the Company hands over the product to the carrier.

Article 7 (Returns and Refunds)

Returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.

If you wish to request a return, please contact info@brand-jbn.com within 2 business days after receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products with altered condition

  • Products with missing accessories

  • Products deemed non-returnable by the Company

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any fees incurred during shipping are non-refundable.

Article 8 (Authenticity)

Our products are sourced through authorized auctions, secondhand markets, and licensed dealers within Japan.

The Company does not handle counterfeit or imitation products under any circumstances.

Article 9 (Import Refusal and Unpaid Customs Duties)

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, unpaid customs duties, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the Company may issue a refund after deducting round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, import-related expenses, payment processing fees, and any other incurred costs.

In addition, customs clearance fees, import taxes, and other charges incurred during the return process may also be borne by the customer.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the text, images, logos, designs, and other content displayed on the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or use is prohibited.

Article 11 (Prohibited Activities)

Customers shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  • Unauthorized access or related activities

  • Acts that cause damage to the Company or third parties

  • Registration of false information

  • Bulk purchases for resale purposes

  • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Service.

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from shipping delays, customs delays, confiscation by customs authorities, shipping carrier accidents, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond the Company’s control.

Article 13 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to customers if deemed necessary.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s所在地.
