Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping using DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

The shipping carrier is selected by our store depending on the destination, product contents, shipping conditions, and other factors. Customers cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed. However, delays in shipment or delivery may occur due to weekends, public holidays, long vacation periods, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or circumstances related to the shipping carrier.

Displayed prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other charges incurred during customs clearance. These charges are determined by the customs authorities or other relevant authorities of the destination country or region and, if incurred, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, unpaid customs duties or import taxes, or other reasons attributable to the customer, we may deduct round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and other expenses incurred by us from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
