Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping using DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

The shipping carrier is selected by our store depending on the destination, product contents, shipping conditions, and other factors. Customers cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.
However, delays in shipment or delivery may occur due to weekends, public holidays, long vacation periods, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or circumstances related to the shipping carrier.

Displayed prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other applicable fees.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country or region and, if incurred, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, unpaid customs duties, or other reasons attributable to the customer, we may issue a refund after deducting round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable handling fees.
